SacredServers Posted January 3, 2016 Share Posted January 3, 2016 So recently I bought the spectrum theme and It's been currently stuck on "Pending" for some good amount of time now and I'm assuming it says that because it's going through ECheck which I quite dislike since I don't leave money in my bank account since I have most of it IRL or paypal, Is it possible to pay for the theme through my paypal balance rather than ECheck? Recently I've heard if you're paying for stuff that is subscription wise with paypal and when you pay and you don't have the paypal currency it's asking for, it will go through to your bank rather than your paypal balance, since most of the money I've currently got on my paypal account is all in CAD and not USD I would assume this situation happened or you guys actually force EChecks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Solution Ehren Posted January 3, 2016 Solution Share Posted January 3, 2016 Hello, Correct - your payment arrived as an eCheque, so the funds haven't actually arrived on this end yet. According to Paypal, they won't clear until January 11. The payment should have gone through your Paypal balance by default. I certainly don't force eCheques (yours is the only one I've seen in months actually). I can cancel the order if you like, and you can try again with your paypal funds instead.
