Carbon will be released as a new theme so you'll need to repurchase the 4.x version. It doesn't qualify for the free upgrade since it's not a subscription theme.

I hope Carbon, Brave, and Source see updates to 4.1.x soon. =) They're the themes I'm waiting to purchase.
