If you are showing that link via php though, you could simply have it check the url for "http://", and if it doesnt contain it have php insert it. But if you are just using IPB's macro's, than yes, users must insert http://. But what about those users who hvae subdomains on websites such as "sub.sitename.com"? Usually "http://sub.sitename.com" wont work. Might want to do a bit of editing to that mod
