Not necessarily, it's been like that since I joined weeks ago.

Due to a few bugs with the IPS theme system, all new themes were delayed. I've been working with Matt (the lead IPS developer) over the past couple of days and he's managed to fix all of the major issues. I'll be testing the new framework tomorrow, and should be able to make progress from there.

I understand the progress page seems to indicate that no work has been made, but I've been busy every day working on my development board, making sure that the new framework is as flexible (and bug-free) as possible.
