Pretty much I want a duplicate of this skin but with IPB, it was custom made by my friend for SMF but he does not know how to convert it to IPB. I do have the CSS files for that site which I can give to you.

So could it be less than a cost of a custom skin as it would be a conversion so to say? All I would need is that and maybe some custom logos.
