I want the Dimension Blue skin how do I get it, and how much is it?

You can't It's a custom skin which was made by me and was sold as a premade for IPB 2.1

But due to people removing copyrights and forcing refunds through Paypal, I took all of my premade skins down. I passed the Dimension series onto infinitystyles, but they're site isn't returning until some time later this year.
