Infinite (dark) for IPB 4.x

Before buying that theme I'd very much like to know if if there's going to be a port of Infinite (dark) for IPB 4.x.

Hello,

There will likely be some sort of combination of Spectrum and Infinite. There currently isn't a "free upgrade to 4.x" available for those themes since I'm not 100% sure what the definite plan is - but some sort of color-changing skin will make an appearance in 4.x

The colour-changing isn't really why I'd go with Infinite (dark). Thanks, that basically means I'll wait until you have decided whether or not to port a proper dark theme to 4.x. :-)

Sounds like there won't be an Infinite (dark) for 4.0, is Chameleon Dark your recommended replacement? Or do you have another theme in the works that would look / function close to Infinite? If so, what's the name so I can follow it on your theme progress page?

I've waited a while to upgrade, mostly because of being busy with other things / being lazy. But I'm putting my upgrade plan together and wanted to see where you were / your plans for Infinite (dark).

Right now all theme progress is stalled until IPS releases 4.1 which is hopefully on schedule to be released towards the end of this month.

So basically Ehren wouldn't be able to start work on any themes until November.

Correct.

A colour changing theme will make an appearance, but not until 4.1 onwards.
