You first need to purchase and install Invision Power Board (which is the forum software). Once you have your forums setup, you can then purchase and install any theme from this site.

You'll receive 6 months free subscription to updates and support. Renewal prices are $10 every 6 months, but you can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using your theme files on your site forever.
