Also, what is the size for the Individual forum icons?

Support regarding the premade themes is only offered to members in the Customers group. You'll need to purchase the skin first before using it on your site or asking for support.

The height of the header area, and the size of the custom forum icons can be easily adjusted to accommodate for any size

The width of the logo should be short enough that it leaves room for the navigation links on the right side of the header.
