Ehren (the site owner here) does custom work, however he is on vacation until the 28th. But after he returns, check out the "Go Custom!" Link up top, I'm sure he will be more than happy to give you a price and whatnot.

(However, IPS 4.0 will be out soon, so you may want to wait until then if you are seriously going to invest a great deal of money on a custom skin)
