Just a few questions

Hey,

We are interested in purchasing the Carbon Blue skin but have a few questions before we commit to purchasing.

1) Our main worry is that if we purchase a Premium skin that there may be a lack of support especially around new IPB releases. How quickly do you update your templates around new releases?

2) We have a custom logo 616 x 122 - how easy will it be to place this within the template? Will it skew the template?

3) How quickly can we get support for a skin should a situation arise?

Hi JayJ,

1. As far as I know, this site is one of the quickest to release upgrades for new IPB versions. The skins have been updated and released within the first week of the 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 releases. Minor upgrades (such as 3.4.1) are usually even quicker.

2. The navigation links are placed to the right of the logo on the carbon skin. Assuming there is still enough space for the links after adding your logo, you'll be able to add that with no problem.

3. The forums are checked daily for any skin issues. As far as I'm aware, the skins are bug free so you shouldn't run into any issues using an unmodified installation.
