how could i know if the skin support RTL or not before buying it , thank you

What skin are you interested in? Some of the more simple layout skins *should* work fine, but more complex ones such as Gridlock may experience issues.

I think it can be fixed with Gridlock just bought it , and I am trying to fix it,the issue is only in grids coz it was made for left to right

the question is why i can not see any right panel, did u disable it in this?

Yes, the side bar was removed from the gridlock skin. There should be a tutorial in the customer area which tells you how to add it back (by modifying just one piece of code).
