Need access to customer area

Bought "Concise" on IPB's Marketplace and now I need access to the forum where I can ask how to change the icons and fix the calender link.

My username is PHP_Paul on IPB. Hope you can see that my username purchased it about 30 minutes ago because I don't see any sort of unique purchase ID in the file download or in the Marketplace.

I've just added Concise to your account and have upgraded you to Customer status. There is a tutorial explaining how to change the forum icons
