No access to customer area

Hello,

Accounts are normally upgraded automatically, but for some reason, some people simply aren't moved into the Customer group. I've seen other sites with the same issue, so I believe it's a bug with Nexus.

Hi! I have a similar problem. I have access to the client area, but not to the three customer only forum. Do you need to upgrade my account manually?

For some reason, some accounts aren't upgraded automatically.

Just did it manually for you. Should be all good. :)
