New Skin Design

Hi, I emailed Ehren a few days ago about redesigning our IPB 3.14 skin for 3.2+. Our current skin is the result of several authors, and I'd like IPBForumSkins to do a new one from scratch so I know it is made the right way. Our current style is good, but I welcome any additional ideas you have to improve it.

I want something that you take a personal interest in to be creative and make it really special. I'm willing to pay a premium for this. Thanks.
