IPS Marketplace Purchase and customer access / support from this site.

I've made a purchase for one of your skins "Animate" from the IPS Marketplace (http://community.invisionpower.com/files/file/4852-animate-32-ipbforumskinscom/).

My question, is support and download access also given to this site manually, or would I have to purchase it again?

The reason i'm asking is I require the fix for Animate Skin for IP.Chat 1.4.0 to work correctly, I know there is a fix, but cannot access the forum since i'm not flagged in the customer group.
