I am currently working with Graeme who is handling some of the custom skin requests that come through on this site, however I am looking for a third person to join the team. Ideally, I will be looking for someone who: - is passionate about designing/coding - has experience with Photoshop, HTML, CSS and (as a bonus) javascript/jQuery. - can bring to life skins based on small paragraphs of ideas/suggestions provided by the customer - can create mock-ups in Photoshop and code them into functional (and efficient) skins once the customer is happy with the design - can complete jobs in a timely manner and give the customer realistic deadlines - is able to dedicate enough hours to this position - ideally someone who isn't busy with other work/college/school You will be given an array of jobs: some will be complete custom skins from scratch, some will be psd files which need to be coded into IPB skins, and some will be integration jobs (where a skin needs to resemble the design of the customers main website). It is a paid position - paid via paypal on a per job basis.
