I assume the owner of the site is extremely busy and will get in contact with you in due course.

There are currently expected delays with custom skin requests. I'm able to complete SOME of them that come through, but others may need to be outsourced to other designers depending on the difficulty. There are currently 137 emails in my inbox, most of which are custom skin requests.
