What do i do next after purchasing IPB forum Skin

im new in this.may i know is next step i got to do?

i have purchase the skin from ipb here.

Do i need to pay monthly fee to use the services of Ipb software in order for me to use the skin?

I kind of have the same question. I have IPB and have just purchased a skin (Uniform) form ipbforumskins.com. When I go into my Admin section for my site to the Skin Import/Export and select the uniform.xml.gz that is saved on my local hard drive, it displays in the 'Upload XML (Archive) Skin Set. However, after clicking the Import Skin Set button, I get an Cannot Display Page error.

I have looked for more detailed instructions, but can't seem to find them.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried installing other skins? It may be an issue with your forum, in which case IPS will be happy to help you.
