A Small Question

Well I'm already a customer, but when I bought Uniform, it was before 3.2 so I get both 3.1 and 3.2. But I want to know If I buy Splat right now, will I get access to the 3.1 version as well as the 3.2 version? If I get access to both I'll buy Splat.
