Half of these so called issues are also present in the default IP.Board skin.

Still the designer has to fix them, IPB isn't going to fix the designs the designer has made.

If they are present on the default IPB skin, it's not Ehren's fault and will be up to IPB to fix them first. Just like Steve said.

There's no need to throw insults. The OP spotted some bugs and reported them. I'm sure Ehren would prefer bugs be reported than not, just to be safe... Better safe than sorry.

Textarea's are simple to fix.

I'm not sure what the issue is with the second screenshot. Everything seems to look as intended.

The tiny square blog issue isn't happening for me.

The tooltips are generated automatically by javascript. If I repositioned that tooltip to center it, all other tooltips would be out of alignment. This will most likely be an issue with all IPB skins, not just mine.

All of the report center textarea sizes are fixed (on my development board, not the demo board) and will be available in a future update.

But yes, these were bugs with the original IPB skin (which I did not create). They have been fixed regardless. Always good to have a bug free skin..
