I've been looking at Uniform and I've got two questions.

1. Is it easy to change the maintitle's and forum read or unread icons to a standard image.

2. Is it possible to assign a background color to each custom background. Because I want to add a few that I don't want repeating to fill the space.

1. It's possible, yes. You just need to edit the javascript file and tell it not to add the background image to those classes.

2. Of course.. custom background colours can be added and images don't need to be repeated if necessary.

Can i block the function to members add their custom images to background?

Can i change the colors to black?

Yeah.. you just need to remove the HTML code which has the background changer code.
