Calendar reinstall in 3.0.5

Unfortunately one of my admins somehow wrecked our calendar while I was gone and tried to completely delete it and reinstall it but it did not work. The calendars tables are missing from the database and the files also. Now I tried to copy these files and tables from a working forum but that didn't work. When I try to upgrade the installer says it can't be installed.

So my question is how can I reinstall the Calendar into IPB?

Wow I've never actually heard of that happening. Might want to check over at the Invision forums for an official answer.

I'd assume it's somehow possible to reinstall..

Thought so, i was surprised too. And since i couldn't find anything on this i thought i ask here. I will ask support then I hope they have some usefull ideas.

Okay I feel just dumb now

I copied the calendars files in to the wrong directory ofc...

So if someone else runs in to the same problem:

The install files of your calendar should be in /admin/applications_addon/ips/calendar and here ONLY

i wasn't sure the first time so i copied it in the applications folder and in the applications_addon/other folder too, which was a realy stupid idea, I deleted the files from the wrong directories and refreshed the apllications page in the admin panel and voilà the status of the Calendar changed from Cannot Install to Install
