Customization of IPB

Question

I sent an email request to customize my IPB, and the first email was sent maybe a week or a week and a half ago now, I figured maybe I sent it wrong.

So I complied another one about 4-5 days ago.. still no response.

It would be really nice to hear from someone at some point, maybe "hey we are busy but we would love to work on your skin"... or "hey we can't do it for ya"... or whatever the deal is, just let me know or maybe I'll find someone else to do it. Its wasting a lot of time for me to just sit here waiting for a response.

Hello

I'm very sorry for the delays at the moment. There are currently around 25 pending requests for custom skins in my inbox so its just taking a while replying to them and providing quotes and also supporting current customers who are upgrading their forums to 3.1.3.

All emails are received so there isn't an error on your end - I simply haven't been able to reply to all requests at this stage. If you have a deadline, I'll be happy to look over your request as soon as possible. Sorry once again for the wait! :)
