Just a few mins ago. I still can't download it. It redirects me to the download manager but it won't let me why won't it let me?

Have yet to get any email regarding downloading my skin.

The username field is required when purchasing a skin so I know what account to upgrade on these forums. Leaving that field blank can greatly increase the waiting time - however your account has now been upgraded.
