problem with update 3.1.1

i have the Deflection skin, after the update to version 3.1.1, the quote box is white with white text so its' impossible toread how can i change it?

Hello,

You're using a 3.0.x skin on 3.1.1. You need to download the 3.1.1 version from the customer area.

You're a valid customer, but your not logged in under the right account name here. Do you have another username you signed up with in the past?
