Custome Skin Questions

I would like to get a costume skin made for a new anime fan based site/forum I plan on doing but have a few questions about the process and kind of an odd ball question (but worth a shot). Now regardless of your answers I will e-mail you a request to get an estimate or exact pricing of what I would like, but for now some questions.

1) Do we pay once it is done or half now, half when finished? On one skin company I went to they did a $20 down payment and then you finished the payment upon completion? or is it a pay completely before you buy?

2) I want to have a website (no intagration needed) could you design say 3 or 5 pages to go with the forum skin? If so how much extra I know some places charge $1,000+ for just 5 pages. And in truth I may only need one (e.g. home page and I could then create more from that).

3) here is my odd question, but I have been going from skin service to skin service asking these same questions looking for the best deal. Any way the question is would it be possible to get a Military discount (like 5-15%).

Hello,

1. Generally 50% of the price is paid before the skin is started, and the remaining amount is paid once the skin is finished.

2. Yes, website pages are available if required. $1000 definitely seems overpriced for the work involved - however the price of the website page will depend on the complexity of the design.

3. I'm from Australia and haven't really come across any military discounts so to speak. Discounts are currently offered for charity forums or organisations (breast cancer awareness, etc).
