How much CSS can I adjust?

Hello! I'm currently on my demo version of my IPS site, getting things setup and whatnot.

I'm very interested in purchasing a theme, but I'm torn between Dimension Pro and Chameleon Pro.

I'm learning towards Chameleon because of how the header is setup (I prefer full-width), but I was wondering if it was possible to make the footer full-width as well?
