I have the same issue currently.  Maybe something got reset during an update?  I've PMd Ehren, so I'm just waiting to get pinged so I can go back in and ask my questions after the 4.5.3 update install.

Welcome to ipsfocus. Marketplace customers aren't automatically upgraded, so I've just manually upgraded your account to customer status.

@Wiffleplop I recently adjusted the permissions for customers, but "custom theme customers" needed additional permission changes. I've just done this for your account
