Skinning from IPB 2.3.5 to 3.0.0?

Not so much a pre-order question, but this seemed the best place to post. Seeing that I'm an incredibly happy Admin of a IPB 2.3.5. board that had a superb Ehren designed custom skin, how do I go about getting it updated to fit IPB 3?
