Gabriel Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 Hello, I purschased the transblue skin on 16 february 2009. But when I install it, and view it after install, I am getting a white page... I am running IP.Board 2.3.6, on a dedicated server, server settings are all fine. And other skins do work... but transblue ain't. A picture of the white page I am seeing is posted below. aeharding Posted May 5, 2009 Posted May 5, 2009 Looks like a pirated version to me. Also perhaps a pirated board... So I recommend giving the link to your board. Also being a activated IPBforumskins member could help. It could also be that the domain you registered it to be used on is not where it's being used anymore.
Ehren Posted May 5, 2009 Posted May 5, 2009 The customers group on these forums was only introduced a few weeks back, so older customers aren't actually in the customer group. The above problem was solved over email, and he was a real customer. Thanks for your concern though!
