Re-work on the skin

Hi,

I have to make this question and a quote as i'm asking for a work on my skin that is already made.

I'm the owner of this forum:

And i'm looking to give a "revamp" on our skin of the forum.

The skin is currently fixed and i'd like to be flexible. The Top Header of the skin( from the "adsense" to above of it) i would like to be coded with a new one(i have it on PSD Layered) and a new menu dropdown. So basicaly i think it is:

-Become the skin Flexible from fixed.

-Coding of the new Header of the skin(with menu dropdown)
