The forums aren't yet updated with the new design - but all other pages are. If you're having trouble with the new design, or if it looks wrong, press CTRL+F5 (if on PC), or just clear your cache - and it should be corrected. There's also a new premade skin for sale - which is pretty much a modified version of the skin you're currently looking at.
