retroforum Posted July 27, 2018 Posted July 27, 2018 There was an issue with IPB and the themes from here that would not allow themes to be upgraded without everyting being ruined.

This is my suggested technique, but The Heff's method is just as ideal. The "Upload new version" feature isn't always reliable, so some forums behave better than others.

Updates are posted on facebook, twitter and in the News forum (which can be followed if you wish to receive email notifications)

I have a quick question for you: Am I eligible to download the current version of Snapshot for my community, which I just today upgraded to 4.3.5 or am I supposed to buy a new license for it?

Hello, Free upgrades for themes purchased 5 years ago aren't available, however I've sent you a PM with some account credit which should hopefully come in handy 1
