I'd like to know why an automatic charge is coming to my credit card.
I have nothing more to do with you.
Can you check it for me?

I do not want you to have more charge on my card.

Hello,

A reply was sent to your email yesterday with instructions on how to cancel your subscription. :) 

For your reference, check number 4 on the left under Purchasing, subscriptions and support in the FAQ's.

Apologies for the error message, I've just fixed it.

I have also cancelled your billing agreement for you, which will prevent automatic renewals in the future :)
