Skinbox customer

So I'm having trouble editing my board with ipb pages that i bought with my theme and i went to support and realized skin box merged with ipb. Ive purchased the Chameleon skin with skinbox i believe. How do i get my account here updated as customer with the skin purchase? I feel like the reason my ipb pages isn't working right is because I've upgraded to latest ipb and template is out of date.

Chameleon was never sold at skinbox.

If you have multiple email addresses, try signing into them on this site in case you used a different account to purchase the theme.

The Chameleon theme is compatible with the latest version of IPS Suite, so once you've downloaded it, your issues will presumably be fixed

Ooo okies haha its been a while, is there anyway you can look up what email address is attached to my site skin using it? Cause I've tried every single one I can think of and i haven't been able too. I know I purchased it sometime last year.
