yeah but i want a official way rather than checking my emails constantly or visiting here

Well, it's the same for Invisionpower, whenever they upgrade their service you get an email notification letting you know an upgrade is available.

You only need to update your theme whenever you upgrade your suite - so just remind yourself each time you upgrade your site to check for a theme upgrade too
