Quote Timeframe?

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a quote back?

I was here a few years ago and filled out a form for a quote and never heard back.

I’m here again and requested a quote last week and am waiting to hear back.

If what I’m requesting is beyond the scope of the creator, will I even hear back?

I really need to get this project off the ground, and have a $500-$600 budget for this website I’m in need of. If I’m unable to have it created here, I am open to suggestions.
