Is there a way to change the account information for the skin I own over to them or can they renew it on their account somehow without any disruption? Thanks.

You'll need them to register so I can transfer the theme to them (and remove it from your account). Since the subscription has already expired on your account, they'll need to renew it to activate it. Alternatively, I can just add $20 credit to their account once they've registered and they can purchase it from scratch (for $10.00)
