I got a robots.txt error when trying to test so can you just confirm if your new IPS4 themes pass the https://www.google.co.uk/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/ test?

Hello,

The robots.txt error on my development site blocks any bots (including Google) since I don't want that site indexed. It only contains "test content". I've temporarily enabled Google, and all 4.x themes pass the mobile test.
