so i tought "what to do now?"

Your payment arrived as an eCheque via paypal (which means the money is not actually in my account). Paypal estimates it'll take 4-6 business days (April 10-14) before the payment clears, at which point your account will be approved.

If the payment was instant, your account would have been upgraded automatically by now.
