Animated Elements

Are you able to work in some subtle animation (Flash or HTML5) into skins? I am plannig on purchasing a skin once IPB 4.0 releases sometime this year and would like commission a design with some subtle animations in the header.

For example, this is one of the skins I plan to base my own off of:

Hello,

Flash won't be included in any of my skins due to the fact it's difficult to customize, generally takes longer times to load, and doesn't work on all mobile devices.

It's possible to include subtle animations using css. They work in all modern browsers and will gracefully fallback (to a non animated image) in older browsers such as IE<10. If I decide to include animations (which is a nice idea I guess), they will be made using css.

Ok that's about what I was expecting to hear. I am currently working with a designer to get a design done, once I have the psd in hand I plan on submitting it for a coding quote. Would you be willing to work with us when the time comes to add in those subtle animations and potentially on:hover sounds ? I'm sure it would raise the price some but that's fine.

I'm holding off on pulling the trigger, so to speak, until I see how drastic the changes in 4.0 will be.
