Adding a custom logo to pre-made style?

Hi all,

Here to get a few answers before I make a purchase into the IPB community.

I have a few designer friends that could hook me up with a custom logo for a a new forum.

My question is - how easy/difficult it is to add your own logo to any ipb forum?

Assuming it's made at the appropriate dimensions of whatever the logo space allows, I'm looking to buy a pre-made style I like enough and then add a custom logo

Any possible pitfalls/problems or is it easy enough?

Hi Nick,

Adding your own logo is very simple. Most of these skins come with a text logo by default which can be disabled easily (by changing one line of code). You then simply need to upload your logo image to the correct folder.

There is a tutorial in the customer area with more detailed steps. As long as your logo is the right dimension, you won't have any issues!
