Hello, IPB 4.0 RC3 is out.

Is it done with an upgrade date themes?. Because one of a theme at home and we will spend our comunity on version 4.0.

I am currently working on a framework theme which will be used as a starting point for all premade themes. They will hopefully be released within a few weeks (once the final, non-RC version is available).
