can I take the stripes from the shift theme?

Actually, I am making a theme for MyBB which is based on IPB, I found a theme named 'Shift' here. I really liked the striped in the theme that you use for the thead(Content). So can I take any 3 of them. I will credit you for those and I promise that it won't lessen your sales.
