I would like more explanation about this (it's an example):

and:

url('{style_images_url}/cat_minimize.png')

In the first code, you can see that there are " and in the second code there '. I would like to understand why this is different? I would also like to know why on the default skin of IP.Board there's not this kind of thing?

No difference. I just added it to mine since it fixes syntax colouring in code editors.
