Koby Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 That forum is clearly running off a fairly old/outdated version of IPB. I'm pretty sure Ehren mentioned before that older versions of skins are no longer available.

Solution Ehren Posted May 19, 2013 Solution Posted May 19, 2013 The 3.1 versions of Overlay are available in the customer area, however I do not offer support with bug fixes or modifications since they are EOL. 1
