And how can i download the forum software
for a demo design on my offline server?

How do i download the software for offline use not the skin for the now i want to take a good look at it and how it works.

or how do i install it in a dir in my online server? cos its not listed in the list of forums there

It's likely easier to install the script online instead of locally, but here is a tutorial if you need it.

Either way, you'll first need to purchase IPB and download the files to your computer. Invision offer free installation for online servers if you're unsure on how to do it yourself.
