Rookie in need of some help

Hello IFS. Sorry if this isn't in the right category, I couldn't find anything more appropriate.

Pardon my English if there any mistakes in this thread. I'm a rookie in general web design and am helping out a friend's community with anything I can. He bought the Animate skin and after some planning, we came up with a neat custom banner for it.

Our problem is, we want to disable the marquee animation that makes it scroll from side to side.

Is there any way to disable it?
