Assistance needed please

I have been a member of forum powered by Invision Power Board since 2009 but for the last week despite numerous attempts I have been unable to log on to the site and get the following error msg .

The connection has timed out

The server at www.finalfurlongracing.co.uk is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few

moments.

If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network

connection.

If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure

that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I have contacted friends who are also members of the forum and they have been able to access the forum so the site is not down

so I'm a loss to know what the problem is Any suggestions of help would be most gratefully accepted
